You know what else is worth a shot...reading 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King!! Such a wonderful month and such a perfect book for this month. Stephen kept us on the edge of our seats for this one! On the final episode of BOOktober we share our  quick and easy guide for how to survive a vampire outbreak by 1) leaving immediately and indefinitely, and finally 2) making a vampire pact, so that if one of turns they won't be alone for long. A pre invitation so to speak. We also discuss the complexities of King's character's and the beauty of his world building. I can literally see the Lot perfectly in my mind. We finish with a review of the ending/epilogue/prologue and a deep dive into just how sexy Stephen King really is. Skeptics beware!
